We use Sterilight ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems for water treatment in UAE. This method uses UV light to eliminate microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa from water. These systems function by circulating water through a chamber containing UV lamps that generate UV light at a specific wavelength that is toxic to bacteria. UV disinfection systems are only effective against bacteria and do not eliminate contaminants such as dissolved solids, chemicals, or heavy metals.
